Work on the Baltic Sea! We are an organization affiliated with the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband and are headquartered in the beautiful city of Oldenburg i.H., near the Baltic Sea. We offer a wide range of services, including daycare centers, school support, and early intervention services. We are also part of the federal government’s multigenerational housing project and provide services for the community, from young people to seniors.
 
Taks

We are looking for staff members (m/f/d) for our mobile early intervention program in special education. We provide tailored support to children with special needs, either at home and/or at their daycare center. Your responsibilities will also include preparing reports, participating in support plan meetings, and advising and supporting parents. You will manage your own schedule flexibly. An experienced team will assist you during your onboarding.

Qualification

A completed vocational training program in special education or a college degree (in social pedagogy, etc.) is required. If you are unsure about your qualifications, please feel free to contact us. Professional experience is preferred but not required.

We are looking for early childhood education assistants for our daycare centers and nurseries. In the kindergarten/nursery setting, you will serve as a co-teacher in the groups. Qualification

A degree in social work or a higher qualification is required for this position.

Taks

Inclusion support services assist individual children with special needs in their daily care routines. These services are provided to individual children both in kindergarten and in school settings. Please let us know in your application which age group and work environment you find most interesting. Integration assistants in the school setting work both at our support center and externally at all types of schools in and around Oldenburg. Integration assistants in the kindergarten setting are based at the Kremsdorfer Weg kindergarten.

Qualification

Degrees in education and/or experience working with children and teenagers are preferred but not required. Even if you’re changing careers, we can offer you the opportunity to pursue a new career path.
