Child Day Care at Kastanienhof in Oldenburg!
2 daycare groups, each with 5 children
The care provided in our daycare groups is an additional, needs-based service for children ages 0–3. It is intended for parents or guardians who do not yet require daily care or who need shorter care hours.
Child day care provides reliable care in small groups in a family-like setting. At our Rathausvilla, there are plenty of opportunities to play both indoors and outdoors, as well as quiet spaces where children can relax.
You can choose a care period of up to 5 hours between 7:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Registration for child care is handled through the Kastanienhof Kindergarten. In addition, an application for child care subsidies must be submitted to the Ostholstein District.
A child care provider looks after up to 5 children at a time. Two child care providers work side by side in spacious rooms that are designed with children in mind. Our environment, educational approach, and mix of ages create a family-like atmosphere.
Childcare is a reliable service. The groups are integrated into the daycare center’s system, ensuring that care is provided even in the event of illness or vacation.
There is a cozy seating area that’s perfect for looking at picture books and cuddling. A children’s table and small chairs round out the furnishings, ideal for arts and crafts and painting activities. An attractive outdoor area is available for the children to play in.
The room includes a quiet area that can be used for resting, relaxing, and sleeping. Changing facilities are available in the room, so the child care provider does not have to leave it.
