Start of joint work in the Oldenburg district
For over 50 years, we have been a trusted partner in social services: Our approximately 200 staff members currently care for around 500 children and young people aged 0 to 18 in our facilities. We also support various intergenerational programs—where generations can interact naturally and help one another—just like in a family.
At the heart of our work lies social inclusion—that is, enabling everyone to participate in social life: Everyone should be able to live, work, reside, sing, or celebrate wherever everyone else does. For us, this also includes people with immigrant backgrounds, those living in poverty, or those facing other challenges. Through our work, we therefore strive to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable and is treated with respect.
We place a special emphasis on strong collaboration: children, parents, and guardians can always count on us to provide professional expertise, reliability, understanding, and trust—whether or not they have disabilities.
We are certain that together we can pave the way for an inclusive society and guide the process.
