Pedagogical area

Working on the Baltic Sea! We are an organization of the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband and have our headquarters in the beautiful city of Oldenburg i.H. near the Baltic Sea. We offer a wide range of services, such as day care centers, school support and an early intervention center. We are also part of the federal government’s multi-generation house project and offer services for the community from young to old.

Tasks

We are looking for employees (m/f/d) for our mobile curative early education program. Children with special needs are supported by us at home and/or in their daycare center in a way that is specially tailored to them. The preparation of reports, participation in help plan conferences, as well as advising and supporting parents are also part of the job. Appointments are scheduled independently and flexibly. An experienced team provides support during induction.

Qualification

Completed training in the field of curative education or a degree (social pedagogy etc.) is a prerequisite, if you are unsure about the degree, please contact us. Professional experience is desirable, but not a prerequisite.

Tasks

We are looking for social pedagogical assistants for our daycare centers and crèches. In the kindergarten/crèche area, you will be deployed as a second educational assistant in the groups. There is plenty of room here to shape everyday educational activities together with the group leader. You can find our concept here under downloads.

Qualification

A degree as a social education assistant or higher is required for this position.

Tasks

Integration assistance supports individual children with special needs in their day-to-day care. Individual children receive this support both in kindergarten and at school. Please let us know in your application which age group and working environment you are most interested in. Integration aids in the school sector work both at our support center and externally in all types of schools in and around Oldenburg. Kindergarten integration assistants are based at the Kremsdorfer Weg kindergarten.

Qualification

Degrees in education and/or experience in working with children and young people are desirable, but not a prerequisite. Even if you are a career changer, you can get the chance to find a new professional orientation with us.
